ART:
Customer must supply appropriately sized print ready art for any images and logos they wish to use on the product. Editing of customer supplied artwork will be at an additional cost.
- We recommend washing your printed garments inside-out, preferably on a cold-water cycle.
- Do not use bleach or fabric softeners.
- When drying: tumble dry on low heat. This prevents shrinkage and helps to keep your print from fading.
- To avoid possible shrinkage, you can also lay your shirt flat to dry.
- Do not iron decorated areas! Turn the shirt inside-out when ironing to preserve the print.
- Do not dry clean.
What is the minimum order for screen printing?
Our minimum order is 24 pieces for screen printing.
What is your turn-around time?
Turn-around time varies depending on our current workload. Early spring and fall tend to be our busiest times and turn-around can take up to 3 weeks during this time. Average turn-around time is 10 business days.
Do you accept rush jobs?
Rush jobs are accepted on a case by case basis and additional rush fees would apply.
Who supplies the apparel to be imprinted?
We can provide you with all the apparel, typically at a much lower cost than you could find retail. If you choose to provide the apparel, VA Print Shop will not be responsible for replacement if the piece is damaged during the imprint process.
Why am I being charged a set-up fee?
Set-up fees are the costs incurred to create the screen and film for imprinting. The cost per screen is $20.50. You will need 1 screen for each color/location that you are imprinting. For example, a 1 color imprint on two sides will require 2 separate screens. On exact re-orders (not older than 2 years old) the exact re-set up fee is $11 per screen.
What additional fees will I incur?
There are a number of materials that require an additional additive that is not required on a standard cotton shirt or 50/50 blend. In addition, specialty location imprints, such as a sleeve, or pocket require additional set-up time and therefore do have additional costs. When you call us for a quote, we will take all of these items into consideration when providing you pricing and you will be aware of all costs involved.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of your order, VA Print Shop accepts NO RETURNS unless we are at fault for the mistake. We will then replace the damaged item(s).
If you are picking up your order, items must be inspected prior to taking possession. Once you take possession of item(s), VA Print Shop is no longer responsible for the custom printed material.
If we are shipping your order directly to you, you must inspect your apparel and respond to us with any problems or errors with 24 hours of receiving the order. That can be done by sending an e-mail to [email protected], with pictures showing the problems with your order.
